"Revamped MCA21 V3.0: A Game-Changer for Corporate Compliance in India"
The MCA is the process of upgrading the present version of the portal from Version 2 to Version 3.
This is an enhanced version of the V2 portal and is presently live for LLP's and some of the Company filings.
Ministry of Corporate Affairs MCA21-
1. MCA21 version 3.0 is the first phase of the digital corporate compliance portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs - MCA.
2. It was part of the Union Budget 2021 announcement.
3. Version 3.0 comprises a revamped website, new email services for MCA Officers and two new modules, namely, e-Book and e-Consultation.
4. MCA21 is an e-Governance initiative that enables easy and secure access of the MCA services to the corporate entities, professionals and citizens of India.
5. The entire project MCA21 is proposed to be launched within the Financial Year 2021-22.
6. MCA21 will be data analytics, Artificial intelligence and machine learning-driven.
7. Aligned with global best practices, MCA21 V3.0 is envisioned to transform the corporate regulatory environment in India.
8. It aims to improve the existing services and modules, create new functionalities like e-adjudication, compliance management system, advanced helpdesk, feedback services, user dashboards, self-reporting tools and revamped master data services.
9. The core objective of MCA21 Version 3.0 is to fully automate all processes related to the proactive enforcement and compliance of the legal requirements to help the business community to meet their statutory obligations.
10. The legal requirements mentioned under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 and the Companies Act, 2013 are to be automated.
The major benefits a person has after this Version has come up:
1. API Availability: for accessing MCA Public data and filing Services. 2. Freeing up Professionals from Physical Verification of Registered office. 3. Using Government DIGILOC Authentication for document Verification. 4. MCA21 V3 contains features such as e-book, e-consultation, web-based forms, module cards to group primary services for quick accessibility, dark mode for ease of viewing in low light and advanced search and filter option for concentrated search.
